ALAYASIKI:Bridging Sovereignty and Solidarity
The Defense Decision Support and Allied
Interoperability Platform
Alayasiki is a next-generation defense platform, developed in Japan by Skygate Technologies to strengthen joint and coalition operations.
Grounded in deep command-and-control (C2) expertise and aligned with international military standards, Alayasiki bridges legacy C2 systems and emerging commercial technologies through automated data fusion and zero-trust, data-centric security.
It equips national joint headquarters and multinational task forces with a shared operational picture, coordinated joint targeting, and mission-level interoperability—enabling seamless allied integration while preserving each nation’s data sovereignty.

The Imperative for
shared deterrence
Amid Japan’s historic shift in post-war security strategy, isolated, legacy defense frameworks can no longer counter increasingly complex multi-domain threats.
To confront these challenges, allies and like-minded nations must bring together cross-domain ISR data into an AI-enabled decision advantage, while advancing a more distributed model of warfare through agile kill webs.
For the lasting stability of the Indo-Pacific, our nations must maintain strict data sovereignty while enabling seamless, real-time joint responses—the foundation of a synchronized deterrence.
Alayasiki directly addresses this shared, unavoidable challenge across our alliance.
KEY CAPABILITIES
AI-Enabled Decision Advantage
for Allied and Partner Forces
In a coalition, the common picture forms too slowly — sensors and systems don't connect, so it is pieced together by hand while the adversary keeps moving. Alayasiki closes that gap: it connects national and coalition sources to allied data standards and puts AI on the shared picture, so joint analysis and targeting keep pace with operations — each nation retaining control of its own data.
Theater Strategic Center-of-Gravity Analysis
Applies AI to center-of-gravity (COG) analysis, tracing an adversary's critical capabilities, requirements, and vulnerabilities (CC/CR/CV) to identify decisive points and prioritize joint targeting at the theater level.

Federated Common Operational Picture
Maintains a federated common operational picture (COP) across allied and partner forces, fusing operational data in real time for theater-wide situational awareness while each nation retains control of its own data.
Agentic AI-enabled COA Development
Embeds agentic AI in the COP to support intelligence, terrain, and operational estimates through interactive dialogue, helping staff develop and compare courses of action (COAs) more quickly while the commander retains decision authority.
Standards-Based Joint ISR Integration
Integrates national and coalition sensors into a single ISR network built to Coalition Shared Data (CSD) standards, enabling interoperable ISR exchange across allied and partner forces.
